You had the same problem with my other game "Moving Down". Looks like you have something blocking access to MEGA file-sharing hosting. Maybe you need to reconsider the permissions on your device you are trying to download the game from (phone, PC), since you are the only one with this problem. Or contact Itch support.

I bought the game for $15 and it won’t let me access the files or even download them completely
Please be more specific. Are you unable to follow the link, or is the MEGA website unavailable?

Since Moving Down is on Steam, I'd like to know. Will this game be coming to Steam soon, or are there no plans for that?
Unfortunately, no. Steam has not approved the publication of this game on their platform.
